Lara and I went to go see The Matrix Revolutions yesterday. I enjoyed it quite a bit more than the second film, right up until the ending. The ending was such a terrible, terrible letdown that I don't think I'll ever properly enjoy the first movie again. What a waste of a great idea.

While driving in Bethel Park today, I saw a personalized license plate that read:
AFK-LOL
I don't know what's more sick: that someone would actually put that on a license plate, or that I would actually get it. I couldn't help laughing, much to the amusement of passing drivers.
Of course, it's not nearly as obscure as my own personalized license plate, which I'm fairly positive no one gets. I need to get a new one...something derived from "elf" would be neat, like ELVES or ELVEN. The other day I was conversing with a fellow Lord of the Rings fan over e-mail, and I was asked if Marshall Elfstrand was my real name, or if I made it up. I think that's the first time I've ever been told that my name sounded too "totally cool" to be real.
